This was my first time visiting this clinic, and as they say, first impressions matter. Overall, the staff were friendly, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable, which I appreciated.
However, there were a few concerns that affected my experience. After completing my X-rays, I was told the doctor would be coming shortly, but I ended up waiting about 30 minutes with no update. I completely understand that doctors can run behind, but some communication would have gone a long way.
While waiting, I also noticed that the room was not very clean—the chairs, tabletops, and floor appeared dirty. In a dental facility, cleanliness is especially important, and the condition of the room left a negative impression.
I was also disappointed to learn that dental cleanings are booked out until October. I had scheduled this visit expecting to receive both my exam and cleaning on the same day, which was the primary reason for making the appointment.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Heidi as my hygienist for a deep cleaning, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable. Her customer service was outstanding—warm, professional, and genuine. On top of that, her skill as a hygienist is clear; she is precise, gentle, and truly talented at what she does. I left feeling cared for, informed, and confident about my dental health. Heidi is a rare find, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist who goes above and beyond.

I truly cannot begin to say how grateful I am for the staff at Silverdale Dental Center. After a traumatic accident, they have been very helpful in getting my smile back to the way it once was. They have accommodated my schedule, coordinated care with my oral surgeon, and have genuinely made me feel like an important patient. Deborah and Veronica at the front desk have fielded many of my frantic phone calls and offered encouraging advice and solutions. Ruthie, Kam and Emily have been exceptional assistants. Supportive and caring. And to know Dr. Connor is to love him! He has helped me to stay positive through a costly & timely ‘dental ordeal.’ He has fit me in and accommodated my needs. In present times, I think we all can realize how important and special that is. I’m so thankful for this team and the care that they have given me.

I’m so glad I established care with this dental office. Everyone here is so nice and every hygienist is always so gentle. Front desk staff is very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near else.

Charging $75 for 45 minute session is absurd. For a single mom with two jobs with a special needs child. No doable. Please do better
