I’ve had a great experience with Simi West Dental. The office is always very clean and organized, the staff is professional and friendly, and appointments run on time which I really appreciate. They do excellent work and always make me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They’re also very responsive whenever I call with questions or need to schedule something. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

If I could give Dr. Ko alone 5 stars, I would. But the experience comes with the overall office staff. I hope some people training can come of this to the office staff, especially the office lead, Stephanie. People notice when you’re being condescending, insincere and oafish. I may be wrong, it may have been Maria, the office manager. But that team of two and how they lead from the top down, leaves a lot on the table to be desired. I felt like I was in HS talking trying to communicate with the lowest of integrity. Treat people with respect and be sincere, and humble. It will go a long way. IDr. Ko can do a lot better on her own - those two or three staff weigh her down. Lastly, there was one other young lady who had great character, being pleasant - they can learn from her.

This office is amazing ! I didn’t have to wait at all! The dental hygienist and Dentist Dr. Lebovics were so patient and gentle. I have major dental anxiety and have a really hard time going to the dentist, and they made my experience so calm and relaxing.

I had my first checkup at this dental office today and had a great experience. The office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office itself is very high tech and modern, which made the visit feel efficient and comfortable. I’m so glad I found this practice and would highly recommend it.

I had a very positive experience, as always! I am very particular about my cleanings. Daneyra does a fantastic job! She also suggests things to do to improve your dental health. I have seen both dentists and am very satisfied with their care.
