Dr Grooms with Simple Dental is amazing! He is extrodinary exceptional in giving giving shots for numbing the gum. He is quick and painless. He has pulled several of mine and you will not be disappointed. He is worth paying cash for his services. The staff is down home friendly and helpful. I love his staff. I have dental Insurance but Simple Dental takes no Insurance and this is how they keep their cost down. They will give you the paperwork you need to give to your insurance requesting reimbursement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️× A Million Stars for Simple Dental! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Simple Dental and Dr. Grooms. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this office operates with genuine integrity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Dr. Grooms is incredibly gentle, kind, and thoughtful. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, so you’re never left feeling uncertain or anxious about what’s coming next. He talks you through each step, checks in often, and truly prioritizes your comfort. There is absolutely no dental shaming here—no judgment, no pressure—just understanding, respect, and care. One thing that truly stands out is how seamlessly Dr. Grooms works with his assistants. You can immediately tell there is a natural flow and strong teamwork between them. The assistants are absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They take real priority in making sure patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for throughout the entire visit. They help make procedures feel easy and manageable, constantly offering reassurance and creating a calm, safe environment. If you’ve ever had anxiety about dental visits. You can feel how much they genuinely care about you. The office itself is spotless, calm, and well-run. Everything—from how the team conducts themselves to how the space is maintained—reflects how deeply they value their patients and the community they serve. Simple Dental is truly doing an incredible service for the morristown community. I’ll also say this without hesitation: I would go here a million times over instead of choosing a cheaper option elsewhere (aka the butcher of jefferson city) just because something costs less does not mean you’re getting quality care. In fact, you’ll often end up paying more down the road when issues arise-and trust me they will. At Simple Dental, you receive exceptional, high-quality care at an amazing price—an honestly discounted price when you consider the level of expertise, comfort, and overall experience they provide. I do have dental insurance, and even though this office doesn’t accept it, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. That’s how exceptional the care is. I would recommend Simple Dental a million times over without hesitation. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you with dignity, kindness, and honesty—this is it. I have never been so impressed with a service in my life. I had an appointment at 9:00 and walked in the room at 9:03. Everyone was AMAZING! Dr. Grooms took the time to ensure I was 100% numb, something I did not even know was possible. As a redhead, it takes more anesthetic to numb me, so I had no idea that dental work wasn't supposed to hurt. And even the numbing injections were easy! I had to have SOOOO many of them, and only the first one pinched a little. Oh, and it's AFFORDABLE TOO! Everyone at Simple Dental in Morristown is friendly, patient, thoughtful, and competent. The people in this office might have cured my fear of dentists. Thank you all. You're absolutely wonderful.

Amazing people! I was scared to go to the dentist as well as a new one but they were so good told me everything that was going to happen and what steps to be taking to help with this tooth pain. Everyone was fast and friendly. Smiles across all the faces! I have no clue how to add another comment. But they did amazing! I walked in and got two teeth pulled very quickly! The Dr and Dr assistant were very amazing very sweet and caring of the patient. They walked me through everything they did! Laughed and had fun. Offered to let me take my teeth🤣🤣 but a picture was enough! Definitely will go there again or recommend to anyone needing assistance. Thank you again yall were fabulous

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Dr Grooms and Dana have helped restore my faith in humanity. It had been several years since I’d seen a dentist after a horribly abusive incident w Warren Stinson. As evil as that man is, they are kind. Dana actually held my hand while Dr Grooms was giving me the numbing shots (after they applied plenty of topical)…Dr Grooms soothed me and reminded me to take deep breaths. You can’t beat their prices! I won’t have dental insurance until May, but even after that I plan to use them out of network and self file with insurance. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE….if you have been putting off dental care out of fear and/or money, go see Simple Dental! They’ll work with you to address your needs in order of importance and they are literally a small fraction of the price of most dental offices! Thank you Dr. Grooms and Dana ❤️
