I came in today for my first visit, scared to death, but was pretty quickly comforted and I was able to let my guard down. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was just the sweetest. But, all of my interactions, all the way from reception, x-rays, my cleaning with Crystal, my exam by Dr. Sizemore, and discussing treatment payment with Jenifer, were comforting and reassuring. You can immediately tell that this is a family practice, and the furthest thing away from a practice that wants to churn as many patients in a day as possible by sacrificing quality. There's a noticeable attention to detail regarding small comforts in the office to make visits more enjoyable (heating pads at the back of exam chairs, low-volume lo-fi music, neck pillows), which really just makes the office fit the atmosphere of WSS.

The staff and owners are wonderful and provide excellent service. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always been warmly welcomed from the moment I walked in to the moment my service had ended. They provide lots of thoughtful additions, like scented warm towels to wipe your hands and face, neck pillows, seat warmers… Etc. I’ve always received top notch service and quality dentistry. With the extensive work I’ve needed over the years… Including emergency situations… They have always made time and effort to take care of anything that came up unexpectedly. I would recommend them 100% all of the time. We are definitely blessed to have them in the community.

Wonderful experience! Never felt more comfortable at a Dentist office. Everyone was caring, polite, and made me feel like my needs were important. Definitely found the Dentist I will stick with. The heated seats are a plus too!

Everyone was so nice, I wasn’t feeling the greatest, & they really treated me so good. The lady at front desk was so attentive even walked me out, & brought water. Neck pillow, warm cloth , sun glasses, dim lights, everything was a special treatment. Just give all of them a gold star!!

Going to Suzemore Family Dentistry is like a day at the spa! Wonderfully kind staff, soft calming music, neck pillow, and expert hygienist and dentist! I would recommend to anyone needing dental care.
