KATIE is the best assistant! She is always super quick and always super friendly! You call tell that she loves her job. Lastly, she is 100% professional. We are very happy with our care at Small and Piers and we are so happy with the progress we are seeing in my son’s teeth since we started treatment. MEGAN is the best front desk ever! She is friendly, makes you feel welcomed and is helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedule.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience with Kara at Small & Piers Orthodontics! She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and attentive. She has a wonderful way of making patients feel comfortable and at ease, especially when there may be questions or concerns about treatment. What impressed me most was how well Kara remembered the questions I had and made sure I received the answers and information I needed before leaving. That level of personal attention and follow-through truly makes a difference in the patient experience. It was such a pleasure to see that Loua was the one taking care of us when we came in for the removal of Emma’s braces! She’s so pleasant and it’s always a treat to talk with her and she’s very skilled and knowledgeable about the task at hand. Thank you so much for your time and effort, Loua we love you 🥰

This was my first time visiting and I am super impressed! Everyone is so nice and Loua was so patient and thorough she explained everything so well!🥰 I am so happy that we found this place and my daughters love love love it here! Definitely recommend!!!
