Nicole at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made everything easy and stress-free, especially scheduling my appointments. Theertha, my dental hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. She made me feel really comfortable the entire time. Such a great experience overall. Highly recommend! 😊

From the very first interaction, Smart Arch Dental exceeded every expectation. The professionalism starts immediately with the exceptional front desk staff — welcoming, organized, and genuinely kind. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free from day one. The providers are absolutely outstanding. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and most importantly, deliver such gentle, attentive care. You can truly feel that patient comfort and quality outcomes are their top priorities. I also greatly appreciated the transparent and flexible financial options. They work with you to make sure your treatment is accessible and manageable, which makes a huge difference!

I am thrilled with “ Smart Arches in” Media Pennsylvania.. . Dr. Theis and his staff are terrific. From the beginning a staff member named Kia, stood out in the freezing cold, snowy weather to help direct me to their building, which is set back off of route 202.. Dr. Theis is very patient, caring and warm. It was clear from the beginning that his primary goal was to see that I am happy.. He is exceptionally patient! No amount of effort has been spared by him, thus far, to have his lab create many trial teeth so that he and I can decide that i I am comfortable with the appearance and comfort. . Even as I approach the end, Dr. Theis, with no hesitation, is going to have his lab create another set of arches with the color that I “think I would like,” : even though holding up a SAMPLE of colors, (which is often the final decision for most patients), is an extra step that he so willingly offered! I would highly recommend “Smart Arches” and Dr. Theis if you are considering a full set of new teeth. PS Their price is reasonable compared to others. I was especially impressed, ( Without me asking for any reduction). that they reduced their price by $4,000 because there was a procedure that was not necessary for me (normally a part of most of the work) to curate a beautiful smile! Who does that!!! ( I have already accepted the original price). You cannot go wrong by contacting” Smart Arches” If you are looking for a natural beautiful smile. Gloria Fenton, Delaware.

Stop looking ,, go here !! Just completed protocol for full mouth implants and can’t say enough good things about this practice . Nicole, Jacqui and Kia are the best ! Professional, and looking out for the patients needs & best interest.. Dr.Theis is patient , kind , professional and does amazing work!!! . Thank you to all here for helping me thru this process .? If i’d known the procedure was so seemless , i’d have gotten this procedure done years earlier ,,,

I had been told I was not a candidate for implants, so when I went to Smart Arches in Media, I was not expecting them to be able to help me. Not only was I able to get implants, they made the entire experience seamless. They explained the entire process, set expectations, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They clearly spelled out the costs, worked with my insurance and gave me payment options. From the team that greeted me, to each and every person who guided me through the process I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Dr. Theis and Dr. Goudreau gave me back my confidence. I am able to smile and that has changed how I feel about myself each and every day. Forever grateful!
