Wonderful service! Everyone is always so kind when I come here, from the front desk staff all the way to Dr. Simon Oh. I took a huge leap of faith to try Smart Arches and drove 3 hrs to be seen and I’ve had an amazing experience with my care, especially as someone who has always been afraid of the dentist. Their prices are also much more affordable than traditional dental offices. I was quoted around $50k on three separate occasions elsewhere, but the staff at Smart Arches quoted me half that! Dr. Simon Oh is incredible — you can truly tell he cares about his patients and his craft.

Unfortunately, I won't be going to this office. Who ever it was that answered the office front desk was extremely impatient. Very testy and not appealing if you are looking for someone to help put you at ease with what you have to do. She made the dentist look bad and I guess that behavior is condoned. Maybe she was exhausted or something. Also, the drive from NJ would not have been worth it especially with a receptionist who thinks its okay to slam the phone down to hangup after I told her I would give a call back. Very

My surgery was just over a week ago, and so far, I’m very happy with my decision and care. The staff are wonderful! After doing a lot of research, I was comfortable trusting Dr. Oh. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. All of the girls in the office have been so nice and helpful, especially Tiffany, who has been there for me with every question and concern!

My free consult was well worth it. The Dr. Oh was very laid back and to the point. The young lady who assisted me Brianna was also laid back. They were very low key. You don't make you feel uncomfortable. Really nice atmosphere to be in. I cannot wait to SMILE again.

Everyone in the office were very professional and beyond nice. The office has a very warm, friendly inviting feel to it. Everything was explained in such a way that it was very understandable to me from the surgery aspect to the financial options. Simply a great experience.
