I don’t usually write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary to warn others.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this dental office for the following reasons:
1. In my experience, they did not treat me like a patient and saw me ONLY as source of revenue. I was told they were “in-network” with my insurance, which turned out not to be accurate. I encourage anyone considering this office to verify everything directly with their insurance provider and get all cost and coverage details IN-WRITTING from this office before proceeding. Do NOT take their word for it.
2. This office is like a cockroach, doesn't matter how many times I have told them to do not contact me but they still contact you and try to pull you into their office to trick you into some service that you don't need.
4. This isn't a big deal for me but it might be for you. I showed up 15-min before my appointment time and had to wait for almost an hour and half to be seen by a dental hygienist and then the doctor.
3. Overall, the experience this office lacks ethics and felt more sales-driven than patient-focused. I would advise others to be cautious and carefully review any recommended services before agreeing to treatment.
Don’t get fooled by the doctor’s sweet talk its more a sales pitch kind of felt like I am buying a car rather than genuine dental care!

I have always had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bagai makes you feel more like family than a patient and she takes time to explain everything. We connected over our passion for rescuing animals. I’m so happy to find a dentist that cares for both people and animals.

Really good patient care and service! Everyone here made me feel reassured and had answers to every question I asked :) I personally had a little difficulty with my procedure but staff helped me through that and everything went perfectly! 10/10 am recommending

All I can say about this business are good things. Dr Lori and her team are absolutely truly amazing people, with such beautiful genuine souls. Each genuinely passionate about their work. Dr Lori will work with you & find the best possible solution in reach. They truly take care of their patients, always make sure you’re comfortable. Have the sweetest things to say, and the best humor to keep a smile on your face. I will continue to come here until I no longer cannot. It is a place worth the commute. I absolutely love every single person in her crew!

Was a very welcoming and friendly environment. Both dentists were kind, patient, knowledgeable & more than helpful. They treated my daughter as though she was one of her kids. They explained everything prior to doing any work to make sure we both understood the whole process and even helped with the payment plans. Very personable!!

Dr. Ara Bakian, DDS, is a board eligible periodontist who earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California and completed periodontics training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine; his focus includes gum disease treatment, grafting, bone regeneration, dental implant placement, and intravenous sedation. Dr. Parth Karia, DMD, is an endodontist who provides root canal therapy, with training from UC San Diego, Midwestern University, and Temple University. Dr. Kanak Trivedi, DDS, is a general dentist who graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and has more than a decade of experience, with a clinical focus that includes cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, clear aligners, and root canal therapy.
