If you’re looking for the best dentist, this is where you’ll find him. Dr. Lee Gause is exceptionally skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel comfortable, and delivers outstanding results. It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a caring approach. I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommended!

I’m really delayed writing this review, we’ve been traveling so much. I went to Smile dental in January and had a wonderful experience. I started the process of a root canal and everything went incredibly well. Being a couple of months post procedure, I’m still pretty comfortable. My husband and the owner were even able to connect over Opera, as my husband is a producer. We live in SEAsia so it’s really important to us that I get back to Smile dental to complete the process but overall, I loved my initial visit. The staff made it even more enjoyable as everyone was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the NYC area. If we resided in NYC, this would certainly be our permanent, long term dental care team.

Dr. Gause and team — thank you for an outstanding year of care. Over the past year, I’ve worked with your office through an implant, whitening, and Invisalign teeth straightening, and the experience has been exceptional from start to almost finished. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and truly best-in-class. Every visit felt like walking into a polished, professional environment with a warm welcome. I was always greeted with engaging conversation (and even offered a bottle of water), the wait times were consistently short, and I never once felt rushed during any appointment. Dr. Gause and the team took the time to explain each step clearly and made the whole process comfortable and confidence-boosting. If you’re considering implant work, whitening, or Invisalign, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Gause and his team more highly. Thank you to the entire team! Best, Marc Keller Ps. Smile Design Manhattan is amazing!!!!! Rachel at the front is friendly and lovely. Dr. Meyers is the sweetest and so happy I met her. Samantha was so caring, knowledgeable, fun and patient and a beacon of professionalism. Everyone in the office is so nice and I am starting my Invisalign journey with them and I can’t wait to post before and after photos!

Dr. Gause has an absolutely wonderful, comforting approach. His vast knowledge and expertise is apparent as he discussed with me his recommendations based on his findings and my desires. It was easy to settle in with the staff who were pleasant, kind and professional and most of all concerned with my comfort.

Smile By Design Dental is a full service family dental office located at 1603 McDonald Ave in the Midwood neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, near the F subway line, serving surrounding communities including Borough Park, New Utrecht, and Bensonhurst. The practice describes itself as expert in dental implants and dentures, with solutions to fit a range of budgets. Its implant dentistry offerings include the All On 4 or 6 implant system, immediate load implants, and zygoma dental implants, alongside general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative care, Invisalign, and treatment for sleep apnea and facial pain.
