All the staff here are really wonderful. I had a lot of work to get done and Elle made the check in process something to look forward to. Lily and Dr. Cha explain everything really throughly, make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process, and do great work. Kumo the comfort dog is adorable and clocks in ready to work everytime I’m there. I’ve had a really wonderful experience at Smile Center, they make dental work feel not so terrible.

Cash patient, no insurance. I only wanted a simple teeth cleaning and was ready to pay for it. The office refused to clean my teeth unless I also paid for X-rays. No option for cleaning only.
It felt like they were more interested in extra charges than helping me. Forcing X-rays or walking out empty-handed is frustrating when you’re paying out of pocket. I left with no cleaning done.
Would not recommend if you just need a basic cleaning and are paying yourself.

Highly recommend, Doctor Cho is really great, makes the experience feel more comfortable. Elle from the front desk is such a delightful person to be around, such a lovely lady and they even gave me welcome gift. They also have a beautiful support dog name Kumo, really nice to have around.

Staff is always so nice and friendly. Super friendly understanding what appointments are needed and just overall cozy and comfortable, knowing what is getting done each visit. Transparency is 100% and get know I’m getting the best service regardless of insurance.
