They insist on charging $80 cancellation fees even when the patient has not confirmed appointments themselves and despite services not being rendered. This may or may not be a common practice among other dental offices but from a consumer standpoint, this seems like a gouge given that when their office cancels an appointment, they do not offer compensation to the patient that took time out of their schedule to make their appointment.

Do not go here. I went to this dentist and had a root canal done. The condescending manner in which he spoke to his staff was one thing. I waited nearly a month to get my crown placed. When I went to get my crown placed I was numbed before the other dentist in practice told me he basically did not like the work of the other dentist and had to do the procedure again. He was so rough with my mouth that I was in pain for weeks after that. Fast-forward to now, it’s been nearly two years and my tooth and nerve still hurt there. I feel that doing a root canal procedure a month after already having it done in hindsight was not necessary. When I reached out via email to request X-rays and records, which legally I’m entitled to, I heard nothing. I paid out of pocket for this work they did, it is not cheap, I’m angry this area still causes me pain. Please do not go here.

Just got my teeth cleaned by Val—she’s fantastic! Didn’t feel rushed, and she explained everything. The whole team is friendly. Maira and Brandi really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Had a cleaning done here, I wish I had gotten the hygienists name because she was awesome. She was so nice and funny, it felt like it was talking to a friend! She also answered all my questions, and I feel like she went above and beyond. I'll be coming back here for sure.

This place is a joke so unprofessional I really don’t know how they have good reviews.The receptionist forgot to schedule my follow up appointment for my cleaning. Also there is not a full time dentist there he is only there once a week so good luck scheduling an appointment. Be careful when scheduling you have to accommodate to there needs instead of a business accommodating to the needs of the customers . Please be careful with this place very disappointed and unsatisfied.!!
