I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paolo Incampo and the entire team at Smile Design Charleston. Dr. Incampo helped remedy a major dental issue that was unfortunately caused by another dental professional just a few years ago, and the difference in care, expertise, and attention to detail was immediately clear.
From the very first visit, Dr. Incampo took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, outline a clear plan, and make sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. His skill, precision, and commitment to doing things the right way are truly exceptional. The results speak for themselves, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received.
The entire Smile Design Charleston team is equally impressive鈥攑rofessional, welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients. It鈥檚 rare to find a practice where you feel this level of trust and reassurance.
I cannot thank Dr. Incampo and his team enough for their efforts. If you are looking for a dental practice that delivers outstanding results and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Smile Design Charleston.

I had issues with crowns and veneers on my upper front teeth. They were very old and wouldn't stay on. I found Dr.Incampo and his wonderful staff by pure luck, being new in Charleston. Melanie at the front desk got me in quickly. She's very friendly. Haley, the very capable and caring assistant got me comfortably situated. Once I met Dr. Incampo, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing this practice. He recommended treatment options and once I decided, I had a temporary bridge in place within days. It looks and feels 100% better than what I walked in with. And this is just the temp!
I can't say enough about this practice. It's very nice to feel that the people taking care of me are truly happy that I'm there.

This review is from NYer, who is skeptical of new providers (dental) in this case. Also I have very sensitive teeth. However, let me say the visit went smoothly from start to finish! The reception desk young ladies were pleasant and welcoming. An the Doctor and his assistant were professional and caring! Which put my mind at ease. Thank you "SMILE DESiGN" your practice is truly a +5 in my book 馃榿

I went to Smile Design of Charleston to have a previous root canal checked due to some pain. The original root canal was done by another dentist several years ago, and this was my first visit to the office. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different鈥攖hey truly treat you like family.
I was welcomed by Haley, who is an absolute asset to her profession and represents the brand exceptionally well. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Incampo personally provided my treatment plan and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. He would not criticize another dentist鈥檚 work, which I respected greatly, but you could clearly tell he holds himself to very high standards of care. Every question I asked was answered thoughtfully, professionally, and with clear rationale behind his recommendations.
As a small business owner myself, I don鈥檛 take trust lightly. At the end of the day, this is a small business run by good people who genuinely care about their patients. Because of that, this will absolutely be a long-term relationship for me and will be recommended to my circle of influence.
As for folks reading this review, I highly recommend Smile Design of Charleston to anyone looking for honest guidance, exceptional care, and a team that truly values their patients.
