This was my first visit and I feel this was the BEST and most thorough teeth evaluation and cleaning I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They have great technology tools for teeth and mouth mapping (3D Upper and Lower teeth scans). I was very impressed with my Dental Hygentist. She has 47yrs expérience. If your looking for a great dentist.... this is the place you want to go !! Thanks Smile Design for the great expérience !!

I made an appointment on a Sunday around 11:00 AM for a cleaning only. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I waited for over two hours before they finally called me in. Then they started taking X-rays, even though I told them there was no need because I already had recent X-rays. They refused to accept them anyway. I became very frustrated, especially since I had another appointment at 2:00 PM. In the end, I had to leave the office without even getting my teeth cleaned. They scheduled another appointment for the following Sunday, but unfortunately I couldn’t make it. After that, they told me they only wanted to do the X-rays, which would cost around $800. My insurance would cover half, but I still would have had to pay more than $400 out of pocket. I will never go there again. In my opinion, they take advantage of their own customers.

First time patient and very impressed with the service I received. Everything was explained and I was given a copy of their findings. I love the dental hygenist that worked on me! She was so sweet and friendly!

My mother came to this office with high expectations and left disappointed. On December 16, 2025, she was quoted a price for a procedure, agreed to it, and signed documentation confirming that amount. The paperwork clearly states the price was valid for 30 days. When she returned just three weeks later on January 6, 2026, she was told the cost had increased by $1,200. Despite having signed paperwork, the Office Manager refused to honor the original price, citing a “new year rate increase.” Changing a signed agreement within the stated validity period is unacceptable. Due to this unfair practice, I will no longer be offering this business my service. This experience was unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity.
