Smile Designers Dental Implant Center is the worst dental office I have enter been to. The facility looks dirty and old. I needed a root canal with a crown or extraction with a dental implant and they would not refer me to a oral surgeon that I have used in the past. They told me that since they can perform the procedure that they would not refer me to this doctor. This is control and manipulation at the highest level and this is not what Healthcare should be about. Healthcare is about patient care not greed and control. If you decide to go here good luck.

I waited 40 minutes for my teeth cleaning. The Hygienist was not friendly and a bit messy with her cleaning techniques. The technicians had to redo several of my X-rays and thought this was excessive. The clinic was not very clean with dirty dental chairs and X-ray body covers. I spent over two hours in their clinic for a routine teeth cleaning. Would not go back again.

This place is the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. No one except the dentist introduced themselves. Some guy just came in with a machine and put the probe in my mouth barely saying 2 words then proceeded not to clean the instrument when he was done. I noticed one of the cleaning instruments they were going to use on me was dirty from the previous patient. I’m so glad I looked and said something, but then the hygienist gave me the biggest attitude. Do not go here. You might catch a disease.

Office staff great! my teeth cleaning— not so great. i was not prepared to have so much water spray in & down my face—a bit messy ( there goes the make up) it is also the first time having my lip pulled out/ held during the cleaning. my last visit was with a different hygienist so it could be the one i had for this visit was new, inexperienced or didn’t care as i used the napkin around my neck to mop up my chin at a stopping point. i don't know how she could not tell that the water was spraying. she wore gloves but had bracelets on— andi can’t imagine they did not get wet. I will not have my teeth cleaned with this hygienist again

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this office. There was no communication from the staff regarding the extended wait times. I arrived early for my appointment and waited approximately 1.5 hours before being seen. By then, the office was nearing closing time and the staff appeared to be scrambling. When I was finally called back, the staff were openly arguing in front of me and rotating who provided my care, which felt unprofessional. The provider and office manager were also not friendly or professional in their interactions. I was additionally charged for a fluoride application I never received. The treatment plan I was given was surprisingly expensive, and a second opinion from another office confirmed significantly lower prices for the same services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. The overall environment, communication, professionalism, and pricing were not appropriate or fair.
