This was my first time visiting Smile designs of Olney. I was looking for a dentist to help me fix a chipped front tooth since I was having photos taken and needed a professional doctor asap. I am so glad I chose Joseph Lomke from Smile Designs. He was very friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. He gave me a sense of comfort to do the job. The result was flawless and better than other dentists I’ve used in the past. I would highly recommend Joseph Lomke and his father Mitchell to do your work. The office staff were welcoming and very friendly too. I’ll definitely be returning for maintenance . Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in for jaw pain, and Dr. Joshua provided me with a device for my jaw that helped tremendously. I am very grateful for the care, help, and support I received from the office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Thank you to Dr. Joshua and the entire team for such a positive experience!

My husband and I are relatively new patients of Dr Josh. We are both very impressed with the way the office is run in addition to the state of the art equipment and techniques that are used here.
We will both recommend this wonderful practice without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience here! From routine cleanings- to a crown, the service was excellent and the dental work was top-notch. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received—highly recommend!

Excellent dentists and staff. I’ve had a lot of dental work in my life and it has made me a nervous and anxious patient. They handle me with grace and I really appreciate it. I had a filling today and arrived full of anxiety. The procedure went so much better than I could’ve anticipated and I experienced zero discomfort. It was a 10/10 experience. Poor Dr. Josh had to deal with my whining and complaining the whole time and he did it with a smile. I genuinely appreciate the front desk staff, Jossy the friendly and excellent hygienist and both Drs Lomke. I see Dr. Josh primarily but they are both wonderful. Maybe someday my anxiety over dental work will diminish with the caring hands of this practice. At the end of each visit, I always do know that I’m in good hands.
