had a good experience with the hygienist and dentist, who were both professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction was rude and disrespectful. I forgot my HSA card, and instead of handling the situation professionally, I was met with comments like “You cannot leave without paying” and an unnecessary comparison to leaving a grocery store without paying. I was also suggested to have my wife bring the card immediately, without any consideration for her time or responsibilities. I have been a long-time patient here and have no outstanding balance. Being spoken to like this was completely unwarranted and left a very bad impression. Payment policies are understandable, but basic respect should be non-negotiable. Patients should not be treated like criminals for forgetting a card. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere

I cannot say enough great things about Brunswick Smiles Family Dentistry! From the moment I called, they went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule to get my permanent retainer fixed — that kind of flexibility and genuine care for patients is so rare and truly appreciated. A special shoutout to Summiyah, their hygienist, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was warm, professional, and made the entire experience so comfortable. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work and in making sure patients feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually listens, accommodates your needs, and has an incredible staff, look no further. Brunswick Smiles Family Dentistry has earned a patient for life. Highly, highly recommend!

Went there for a porcelain veneers consultation and I spoke with monica, zach, and Dr. Patel. I will say this was by far the best experience I have ever had with the dentist. Monica made the appointment personal and that alone should tell you that they truly care about their patients experience from start to finish. Zach made sure to make me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing. And Dr. Patel you could tell that he truly does love his job and is proud of his amazing work. He took his time explaining everything and made sure that I felt heard.

What can I say about this office? I have been attending Brunswick Smiles Dentistry for over 10 years. The service gets better each year. Welcoming staff, always accommodating with scheduling visits, flexibility when notified of earlier availabilities. This team/ staff provides detail explanation of expected and upcoming procedures, billing and provide recommendations when needed. What can I say about the office decor that helps calm the nervous patients. Lastly, the are punctual so don't be late. Overall, you feel like family when in the presence of Brunswick Smiles 😃

From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff made check-in really easy, and I didn’t have to wait long at all before being called back. The office itself is really clean and modern, which definitely helped me feel more comfortable. The dentist and hygienist were both amazing, they explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel judged at all. They were really gentle during the cleaning and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I appreciated a lot.
