I had a great experience at Smile Forever Atlanta dental office. The entire team was wonderful—very friendly and welcoming. Dr Maheshvar Patel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed, which I really appreciated. Dominique, who did my X-rays, was especially sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and highly this dentist office

Thank you Dr. Patel for the best dental experience. 1st consult for a complete new smile He took the time to come up with a plan for my dental needs(that day). Here I really like he's really through to explain everything during the procedure..most importantly you feel so comfortable like you're been coming a long time.even get a hand massage during procedure .the staff is super nice too. I'm very nervous bout going to the dentist, can't believe I asked, when do I come back!! Lol!! I'm giving 6 🌟..thanks again doc. And staff..im so looking forward to my complete new smile..im already telling my friends and family about Smile forever atl...

The staff was excellent and I feel the care I received was good. However, I'm deducting a star because they didn't seem very organized. I had an 8:10 appointment and the staff were having an employee meeting talking about non-work things until about 8:20 with other patients waiting in the waiting room. I had to wait about 40 minutes between my inspection and my cleaning and they didn't disclose that a cleaning was a separate price from the xray and inspection until after the inspection, even though I booked a cleaning. I would ultimately recommend them, but build in time.

Great service at this Clinic. Erica did a great Deep Cleaning on my teeth. Brenda at the front desk made me feel at home from the start and was explained the cost of everything in an easy to understand manner. Ms. Winnie was made me laugh to ease my mind in preparation for my filling. And last but not least Dr. Patel is the best. He has reasonable pricing and doesn’t recommend things you don’t need. I highly recommend this establishment!

Leaving two stars instead of one only because of the excellent service Erica provided every time I visited. I am extremely disappointed with this office and will not return for several reasons, especially after my most recent visit. I found this office through Zocdoc, where it was listed as accepting Delta Dental. However, it turned out to be out of network despite what was shown on Zocdoc. I still decided to move forward because of the convenient location and because my insurance would still cover a portion of the services. At the end of April, I came in for a standard cleaning and examination and was told I would only need to pay $50. Later, I received a notification that I owed an additional $95 because my insurance covered less than originally projected. Paying nearly $150 for a routine cleaning while insured is unreasonable in my opinion. I refer to it as a cleaning only because Dr. Patel did not conduct what I would consider an actual examination. He came into the room for about a minute to recommend a procedure without providing any information about the condition of my teeth. I literally had to ask questions such as, “How is the health of my teeth?” and “Is this procedure cosmetic, or is there something wrong with my teeth or gums?” The dental hygienist provided far more insight during the cleaning than Dr. Patel did during the “examination.”
