I’ve been going to Smile Haus on the Square for over two years now, typically visiting twice a year for cleanings. One thing I value is consistency, and I usually prefer to see the same hygienist each time. Unfortunately, that hasn’t always been the case here, as there seems to be some turnover or variability in scheduling.
That said, my visit today completely stood out. I was seen by a floating hygienist, and she was excellent. She was attentive, professional, and fully engaged throughout the appointment. She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth while also making sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I was so impressed that I asked the front desk to schedule me with her in the future if my usual hygienist isn’t available. Overall, a great experience and truly great service.

Every time I go to Smile Haus on the Square, I feel the customer service is thoughtful and warm. I feel well informed and heard during my appointments. I never have to wait long to be taken back and always feel my appointment time is appropriately long. I'm happy with my experiences at this dental office.

Smile Haus Georgetown on the Square was an amazing experience! Dr. Huang took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and concerns with my teeth, making sure I fully understood everything. The technology and equipment they use are very advanced and go beyond what you typically see at most dental offices, allowing them to detect problems that might otherwise go unnoticed. The entire team—from the assistants to the hygienists—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great visit and really reinforced the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

I had my first appointment with the team this morning and absolutely loved my experience. Really appreciated everyone’s thoroughness and attention. Also loved their modern dental tools. Not having to get up from the chair for X-rays and not having to do the yucky tasting tooth impression stuff were huge wins. Check them out.
