I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I paid $3,000 for several fillings, including my front teeth. It took them three separate attempts just to try to match the color properly — They tried to blame the color mismatch on my natural tooth shade, even though I’ve had front fillings done before at other offices with no issues. What’s worse is they tried to charge me again to fix something that was clearly their mistake. Scheduling was horrible. They canceled my appointment and tried to reschedule me 2 weeks later. Then I received a notice about my original appointment, when I asked about it, they texted me asking if I still wanted the original date or they will give it to someone else. It was my appointment that they canceled, It so confusing Also when I tried to reschedule my cleaning because I couldn’t arrange a same-day braces wire removal with my orthodontist, the staff at Dr. Sabastian’s office told me they had no openings for the next 6 months and if I couldn’t wait, I should go somewhere else. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Parking sucks , it at a whole different building that across the street ! Overall i will never recommended this place to anyone.

The staff is so kind and professional, made me feel safe. Dr and assistant listen to my questions and concerns and helped explain and ease my mind. I have been coming to them for deep gum cleaning which is a series of sessions and I have an intense medical history and the hygienist is so patient and gentle with her hands. The office people are great and welcoming. I am happy I am going to them for my dental care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sebastian for decades and have only received the best care from her and her team. I know why she has been voted #1 over many years. I’ve never been a fan of dentists but they always put me at ease whether I go for dental work or cleanings with Kim, the hygienist. It’s not unusual to walk in to their office and hear laughter from patients and the team throughout the office. I also love how high tech their office is. They have lasers for gum treatments and cavities. They have a machine to make crowns on the same day of your visit which used to take 2 visits before. They also took a CT scan when I had an unusual problem with my jaw which helped me understand my treatment options. All of this makes me feel well taken care of plus the caring team around her makes my dental visits such a pleasant experience. If you are not enjoying your dental visits, you need to see Dr Sebastian!

Dr. Sebastian has the best bedside manner of any dentist I've ever been to, which is critical for people like me who have anxiety around dental work. She is understanding, patient, and thorough, making sure to address any questions or concerns you have. Procedures have been pain-free, and I appreciate the top-of-the-line technology (same day permanent crowns!) her office uses. Her staff is super friendly and helpful, and I've noticed that everyone in the office treats each other with kindness and respect—this isn't always the case in dental offices, and it helps to further put me at ease. When I had my first exam and cleaning I knew I had a lot of gum recession on my upper arch . I had no idea I could reverse it at the stage of my gum disease. Dr Sebastian recommended deep gum cleaning and now my gums are healthy and pink not bleeding like before. Dr Sebastian also did my dental implant last year. It was explained to me step by step carefully and even if I have a fear of being in the dental seat like a lot of other people she and the staff put my mind at ease. My dental implant surgery was of course a success! I can even bite into an apple now! Thank you Dr Sebastian!
