I would give Dr. Warner 10 out of 5 stars if I could. He and his staff are very good at making patients feel comfortable and informed of everything that should be expected. The office manager Jessica is great too as is London the dental assistant. Before and after my procedure Dr Warner made sure any questions I had were answered and his oral surgical skills are beyond reproach as well. Just 3 days after surgery I was feeling no pain in my mouth or headaches. The cost was less than other dental companies too and that was the deciding factor for me. I would without a doubt recommend Smile Now and Dr. Warner.

I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. I am sure like others, going to the Dentist is not something to look forward to. I had my consultation scheduled for 2:00 pm. However, I had a tooth that had the nerve exposed and was absolutely throbbing in pain. The front desk said I could go there now so the Dentist could extract that tooth as well as X-Rays to get a treatment plan in order. When I was called into a room, the Dental Assistant made sure I knew exactly what the process would be to get Denture implants. I have a bone density issue that has caused a lot of issues with my teeth. it is true that when your teeth are falling out and have cavities and infections, it does wreak havoc on your health!! The room and even the office smelled so good. It was a light scent that made me feel warm and welcoming. It was not over powering at all and relaxed me even more. The finance manager came into the room to go over pricing and to reiterate the process from start to finish. She also advised of all of the financing options offered to me: I know it may be scary for some to see pricing. Especially, when on a fixed income being on Disability like I am on. But, to be fair and honest, it is an investment that will be well worth it. Your health will improve and your smile will be one in a million!! Dr. Warner was very personable and did not make me feel judged or bad about the condition my teeth were in. He was so kind and very gentle. He let me know what he would be doing for the extraction and as quickly as he was working on it, it came out. He made sure the numbing gel was at the level of not feeling anything and he was so gentle with the needle to numb the area of the extraction. I have never had a Dentist that gentle and asking if I was ok. The Dentist office, the staff and Dr. Warner were the absolute best and I never thought I would say this, but I do not feel scared or worried to see them all again. That is just how wonderful they were and how amazing my visit was. As a new Patient, I received a $25 Amazon gift card. They definitely set themselves apart from stuffy offices, out dated furniture, staff that look like they do no like their jobs, while making me feel judged and not very gentle. I highly recommend Smile Now and Dr. Warner and his staff. I cannot wait to get the process going and to finally feel confident enough to smile ear to ear like I used to.l as well as get my health back to normal.

My husband was very unsure of how he wanted to handle replacing his teeth. The office was very understanding and patient with us. They provided all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Jessica, the Office manager, was especially accommodating. DR. Ramsey Warner was amazingly personable and willing to work with us to provide whatever services we needed. I am very impressed.

I went to Smile Now Colorado Springs because a crown broke off , in the upper front of my mouth, with the tooth inside it. There was no possibility of saving the tooth and I needed an implant. Dr. Warner was kind and professional. He did an excellent job and matched the implant/ tooth and color perfectly. When I smile you cannot tell which tooth is the implant. I'm very happy with my smile. I also want to add the professionalism of the staff. They were equally kind and went above and beyond to be helpful. I reccomend this dental practice. Dr. Warner is committed to patient satisfaction and he stands behind his work!

I had four new implants placed by Dr. Warner, after my previous implants, that were done by another dentist, failed. Dr. Warmer and his staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They all made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous about the surgery, Dr. Warner was fantastic! The surgery went smoothly and so far, I’m very happy with the outcome. Dr. Warner always made time to call me himself to see how I was doing and to answer my questions. He is very personable, which is hard to find nowadays. If you’re thinking of getting implants, I would highly recommend Dr. Warner at Smile Now, Colorado Springs.
