I had a fantastic consultation! They made me feel very relaxed, and actually it was the lady who works at the front desk. I got along really well with her. She made me feel very relaxed and at ease talk to me about everything however I never saw the dentist himself and they gave me a quote for the amount of money and I did not get approved for financing and that was the end. There was no here is some resources to try to help you figure out a way to fund this because it was over half of my yearly salary and that’s obviously something that I can’t do so I walked out of their feeling like it was the biggest waste of time. Every company that I have looked at to have an all on four (All of my teeth being replaced within implants) done will not give you a price over the phone or online Which to me is ridiculous when you’re talking about a $30,000 price tag. And online they state that they will help you figure out a way to have your medical insurance. Try to help cover some of that and when I got there and brought that up once I was denied the financing they said that they do not handle anything with insurance. They don’t file a claim for you. They don’t anything so there’s a little misleading information online and they might end up with more people in the office that can actually afford it if they’re upfront and honest about the pricing. When I looked online, it stated that you could have one arc done for around 10,000 they told me my bone loss was not bad so why I ended up with the $30,000 quote is something I don’t understand and then when I asked about doing one at a time, it was $22,000 for the top so I’m just trying to throw the pricing out there so that this doesn’t happen to someone walking in full of hope who might make 50 grand a year thinking they might be able to figure this out because it is way beyond somebody’s budget that is paying out of pocket Which I’m assuming most people are because insurance does not cover this So, kudos to the lady that met with me because she was the most amazing woman I’ve ever met in my life and go Subaru! She took my nerves and replaced them with a smile and some hope, however, I left that Office feeling like I was a bottom feeder that couldn’t afford a pair of shoes.

So far I'm very satisfied with the work by Dr Siddiqui and his team. I have no doubt that my choice with Smile Now was the best choice for my dental implant. I had surgery only for the upper arch and am amazed how little discomfort and pain I experienced after the procedure. The hard part right now is being careful with the foods I eat. But hey, I lost 5 pounds in a month and that can't be bad. Lol!
I'm a few more months away from getting my permanent teeth (can't wait) and will update my review if needed.
Thank you Dr Siddiqui and the entire staff at Smile Now Milwaukee Dentures and Implants. You're the best.

I had one implant placed. The procedure went well. I’m in the healing phase and have appointments to check back over the next few months before I can get fitted for the crown. So far so good.
One side note. I had a baby tooth that was discolored and loose that is being replaced with the implant. I wanted to take the tooth with me but while it was being washed it fell into the drain. I’m hoping they were able to retrieve it and have it for me at my two week checkup. A 70 year old baby tooth has to be worth a lot to the tooth fairy. 🤣
