Even though I was late, Jason, welcome you like I was family! Jason was very knowledgeable about the dentistry procedures, which is very helpful to me! I would most definitely recommend Smile Now to everybody I know! Because Jason was so knowledgeable about the procedure, unable to make my decision of what I need to do to better my smile! I came in with a doozy of a situation for a problem tooth with tons of bone loss and infection, and he literally took care of me to where my new implant was perfectly fused and perfectly placed with precision and experience. I’m ready to go get my tooth placed on top now of my implant and go on with my life. I recommend Dr Matsuda and his office and Rachel as well for helping me through this problem tooth time. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Smile Now Portland highly enough. Dr. Berger and his team are kind, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled. I was able to return to work just days after surgery, with none of the bruising or swelling I had anticipated. I’m still amazed that I was given such a beautiful smile during the healing period—so much so that I received countless compliments, even though it was only a healing bridge. If you’re feeling nervous or overwhelmed about dental implants, I truly encourage you to take that first step and consult this office. My deepest gratitude to the Smile Now team for changing my life for the better.

I have only gotten as far as the initial dental surgery and have my temporary teeth in. But Dr Berger, Jason, Melani, and staff as well as Joshua the anesthesiologist were and are so amazing. They were so sweet and kind and personable through this who process so far. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion and experience. The were very transparent, and communicated everything in a way that I understood and felt comfortable every step of the way. They were all very consciencious about all my concerns and fears. Everyone checked on with me through out the entire process this far. And really made it a wonderful comfortable experience. Call out to Jason and Dr Berger. Jason was so sweet. Abd really showed up and my ade me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Bergers bedside manner, and attitude were so awesome. How excited he was for me to get my teeth fixed even though I was pretty nervous about the whole process. And Melani was also very sweet and reassured me as well as was very clear with communicating everything I needed to know. Joshua the anesthesiologist was also so kind and comforting. I get really scared going under and he was so reassuring and made me feel safe. As did all the staff. Dr. Berger himself brought me out to the car after my surgery and help me get into the car which I thought was extremely sweet of hin. In general I am having a wonderful experience with Dr Berger and staff. I highly recommend going to Smile Now. They truly care and really went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, welcome, and that they cared about me. They were very responsive. I could text or call and get ahold of them very easy. Dr Berger is a phenomenal dentist there were some complicated things adding difficulty to my procedure. Larger sinus cavities due to tooth loss, lager are of nerves in the jaw on the bottom. So Dr Berger really had to use his expertise so there was no damage to other areas or complications from surgery. He successfully navigated through that and got it done with no major problems. I would definitely recommend smile now to anyone looking for a caring compassionate dentist and staff who goes above and beyond to make you feel like family ❤️ Thank you Smile Now!
