SmileBoston completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. From the very beginning, they made me feel like part of their family. The team was kind and never judgmental about the work I needed, which immediately put me at ease.
After just my first cleaning with Becky, I noticed a real improvement in both my dental health and overall quality of life—my gums stopped bleeding when I brushed, and I started having far fewer infections. It also helps that they have fun fluoride flavors! Dr. Spitz is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of my restoration plan, from crowns to implants, in a way that was easy to understand. His thoughtful, thorough approach made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
Everyone at SmileBoston is wonderful. The front desk staff, Andrew and Kiosa, are always so kind and friendly, and every visit feels welcoming from the moment I walk in. Overall, they make going to the dentist a genuinely positive experience.

I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the attention to detail really stood out—everything was organized, clean, and thoughtfully handled. From the moment I walked in, Andrew and Kiosa were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.
Dr. Spitz and Becky were super friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. It genuinely felt like they cared about creating a comfortable and positive experience. I felt very welcomed to the practice and would definitely recommend it to others.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the superb care I receive at your practice. From Andrew and Kiosa at the front desk to the hygienists and dental assistants, everyone is incredibly welcoming and makes me feel like I am in great hands.
I recently had a dental cleaning with Shawn, and she left my teeth and gums feeling cleaner than ever. She was very professional, approachable and happy to answer all of my questions. During the initial assessment, she even identified a tooth that required a root canal (something my previous dentist missed). I had noticed a strange sensation in that tooth previously but ignored it; I am very grateful for her diligence in catching the issue.

Update: I returned to Dr. Spitz for an extraction the week after my initial review, and I couldn't be more impressed. I was incredibly nervous, but Katie was so kind and reassuring that I immediately felt at ease. The team dynamic between Dr. Spitz and Katie is seamless; I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. Once the area was numbed, the procedure was completely painless and over before I knew it.
I really appreciated how they explained everything. Dr. Spitz walked me through the steps of the extraction so there were no surprises, and Katie made sure I understood exactly how to handle the healing process at home. Following their instructions, my recovery has been going great—I’m healing very well and my gums feel wonderful.
It’s rare to find a team that prioritizes patient education as much as technical skill. Dr. Spitz is a fantastic dentist and Katie is an awesome dental assistant. I give this office my highest recommendation!

I’ve had a great experience at Smileboston! Dr. Spitz and Becky have been fantastic as a team.
They are thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything clearly without ever feeling rushed. The office and staff are friendly, punctual, welcoming, and make the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. The clinical spaces are clean with modern equipment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a superior dental practice!
