I can honestly say the doctors are absolutely world-class at their craft. I couldn’t imagine getting better results for top and bottom full arch implants. Through the entire process, they truly listen and work to achieve the exact look you want. They're sympathetic and accommodating with people who have a real anxiety with dentist offices and oral surgery. And their attention to detail and commitment to excellence really shows in the final result. If you’re considering implants, do yourself a favor and add them to your list of candidates and visit them for a consultation. The entire team is professional, caring, and incredibly skilled, and I’m beyond grateful to them. Thank you Dr. Brooks, Bay, Ross and Gliddon!

I had always felt anxious and overlooked at previous dental practices, but my experience here was completely different from the start. From the very first contact, Dr. Bay’s staff showed genuine interest in me as an individual. They listened carefully to my concerns and goals before I even met the doctor. Their team is exceptional—professional, approachable, and compassionate. They truly hear you and respond with empathy and care, which immediately put me at ease. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Life‑Changing Experience with Smileloc Business Center!! Our family has had the most incredible experience with Smile Rehab Southlake, and I can’t say enough about Dr. Bay and the entire team. Both of my parents needed extensive dental work, and the level of care, precision, and compassion they received has been nothing short of extraordinary. For my Mom: She underwent a full lower arch with implants, and from the very first consultation, we knew she was in the right hands. Her initial visit was extremely thorough. Her full medical history was reviewed, detailed scans were taken, and every step of the procedure was explained with care and clarity. On the day of surgery, everything was seamless. The team made sure she felt supported and comfortable throughout. My Dad and I were made comfortable in a private lounge with comfortable recliners and snacks, and given detailed updates throughout. One of the most impressive parts was that she didn’t need any bone grafting, which was a fear of ours due to her bone loss. Smile Rehab uses state‑of‑the‑art technology, including her own plasma to create the tissue needed for bonding the implants. Her recovery was remarkable. By her post‑op appointment just two days later, she was already feeling significantly better. Within two weeks, she had virtually no swelling or bruising and was well on her way to a healthy recovery. We’re now just months away from her receiving her permanent arch, and we couldn’t be more excited. For my Dad: He received a full top arch denture, and the process was just as smooth. His consultation included full scans, medical history, and precise molds. Within days, he had his new arch and the transformation was unbelievable. After going through cancer treatment, he had experienced bone loss and his old denture no longer fit properly. It slipped constantly, even with bonding, and you could barely see his top teeth when he spoke. His new denture has completely changed his appearance and restored his confidence. Dr. Brooks is quite an amazing person and Kristine makes you feel like a million. My initial visit was amazing, Watching the transformation of my smile digitally was incredibly fun to see materialize. The dream of a new smile that will completely change my life can and will happen. On my next visit Dr. Brooks will give to me the reality that I have wished for daily, for years.
