I had a very bad experience with my implant procedure performed by Dr. Pourshirazi. After the treatment, I experienced severe bleeding and ended up in the hospital emergency room. This was extremely frightening and not something I expected after a routine implant procedure. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of proper follow up. I hope others are aware of the potential risks.

Smile on Implants was the best experience. Dr Pourshirazi and his staff are experts. They are all so friendly and amazing. Dr Ninella, Andrew, Armando, Kevin, Stella and Marlene are all so helpful even when I was nervous about this procedure. I felt very supported by them throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough about this staff, their competence and expertise and above all caring attitude! The final outcome was beyond my wildest dreams.

My experience was not positive. I felt that Dr. Pourshirazi was distracted during my visits and not fully engaged in my care. This made me uncomfortable and unsure about the quality of attention I was receiving. I believe patients deserve a dentist who is fully present and focused during appointments.

My experience here is that I felt confident when I walked through the door, the front staff was helpful answered all my questions. I recommend anyone that comes here you can see their transformation on the website and he stands by his word, this is really what they look like in real life. They are professional, Angie, Marlene, Vanessa, they were all great and sweet hearts!! And they work with you to, I recommend anybody here!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ehsan Pourshirazi. During my appointment, he left me in the treatment room for more than 25 minutes with my mouth open while he attended to personal matters. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.When I expressed my frustration about the situation, instead of addressing my concerns or apologizing, he became agitated and raised his voice at me. I found this behavior disrespectful and inappropriate for a healthcare professional.Patients deserve attention, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard.
