I have been one who dreaded going to the dentist. Twice a year would make me so anxious. Not to mention that anytime I went to previous dental providers, I always left stressed, sore and in pain due to some chronic jaw issues I have. Well those days are over! I went in to Smiles at Carolina Forest as a new patient and I was blown away how beautiful it was and the equipment was up to date. This facility is very nice. I loved being able to do my pre paperwork online before I arrived. That helped me to not feel rushed. When I arrived the check in receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My wait was under 5 mins and then Kristen the dental assistant/ hygienist came to meet me. She was absolutely such a beautiful soul. She was so friendly and explained everything so well. She listened and truly had empathy for my concerns. She never caused me any discomfort or pain. This is a huge statement due to my chronic jaw issues. I met with Dr Patel who took time to hear my story and concerns. He immediately was on board with having a night guard made for me to give me a better quality of life. He was polite, patient and very gentle. Once at check out the sweet lady that helped me was just so friendly and helpful. I even got to meet with the office manager and share what a great experience I have had at my first visit. In my 50 years, this is the first positive and painless dental exam or visit I have ever had. They truly take the time you need and provide excellent care. They are very upfront about any or all cost outside of insurance and they let you make a decision that works for you. My only regret is, I didn't come here sooner. I will definitely be back and now my husband will be scheduling. Thank you Smiles at CF, you truly made a difference in my life today.

I had a loose crown over my implant that suddenly got worse while in NJ. I called your emergency service # on Saturday and Ann was very efficient in setting a Tuesday 0900 appt. Dr. PATEL fixed the problem in 15 minutes and I went for breakfast knowing the crown wasn't falling out of my mouth. Always happy with the treatment at Smiles. Thank You

I have stayed away from a dentists chair for years out of fear. But, I must say, the staff is wonderful. Destiny is fabulous and very patient and thorough. My first visit went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Smiles.

First time at this office. Great front office staff. The dentist and assistant were professional and courteous. They thoroughly explained all of the options. I will definitely make this my primary dental office. After 2 years in the Conway area I have finally found a permanent dentist!!

Dr. Thompson and her staff give you a five star smile and five star care! I highly recommend this office. They are outstanding at what they do!
