It was my first time there and everything went smooth. Staff was very knowledgeable and pretty chill. I didn’t like the exit strategy with the walkie talkies and wait in the room till it’s all clear mentality. Covid is over. Time is of the essence.

I have appreciated how Dr. Youseff works to make sure I understand the procedures and am comfortable throughout them. He also does a great job of keeping his word on what he says he will do. He does his best to ensure that the patient is satisfied with the overall outcome. The other assistants and hygenists have all been professional and kind to me. As someone who dreads dental appts, I’m thankful that they don’t seem to take it personally if I’m not thrilled to be spending my time there. I

I am so grateful for everyone at Smiles!! I had an urgent need to take care of and everyone there treated me with such kindness and compassion. They were able to squeeze me in at end of day and even stayed late to finish. Thank you all for such incredible service.

Kristin is the most lovely and informative hygienist I have ever had. I remember everything she’s ever told me, specifically because it is actually useful information. Not sure if you can request a specific hygienist, but if you can I’d recommend this one, but not so much that she’s booked out. Please and thank you.

The whole operation seemed to run like a well oiled machine. Everyone there was responsible for individual tasks and appeared to be well versed on their responsibilities. BY doing this allowed things to run smoothly and efficiently. I am looking forward to future visits without any drama. Peter is well versed in his profession and enjoyed the benefit of having professional at his side. I am happy with my decision to seek out a local professional to work with.
