Im giving 5 stars to ONLY one dentist there at smiles Vyacheslav Dmytruk (Dr. D), D.D.S. he is hands down the best dentist ive had in my entire life no contest. He is fantastic worth 10 stars in my personal opinion. Also front desk service is good bathrooms are clean good waiting area. Just ask for Dr. D trust me!

Smiles of Arkansas is absolutely amazing! The dentist is so patient and caring, and works wonderfully with my kids — they’re never scared to come here! The dental assistants and hygienists are just as fantastic, always friendly and gentle. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. The office is clean and always smells fresh, which I really appreciate. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients. We are so grateful to have found this place — highly recommend!

Amazing staff! Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Emily and doctor Ferguson were super helpful and considerate of my needs. Extremely clean dentist office and fast service. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Terrible. No communication. They cancel my appointments all the time. Business doesn’t open until 9 they close at 1. I have been going here around 10 years and I think they lost a customer.

I have gone to smiles of Arkansas fore about 4 years Dr.Hines did all my denial work. Last year i went to the dentist with my wife and we explained to them she has anxiety and a sild seizer disorder. The denial hygiene's refused to let me go back with her .After the fact we talked to the office manager and got it approve for me to accompany her while she gets her dental work done on 06/12/2025 she had another apartment to get a crown put on her tooth .I was stopped at the door and an informed that my wife was over 18 years old so I couldn't come back with her .I tried to explain to her we already had it preapprove for me to component her back. And she refused so i went and set in the car nervously whiting for 2 hours. I understand office policy is put in place for a reason. like notes of preapproval are put in patient files to be read for a reason. I will never use them or recommend them to no one. Poor trained and rude staff.
