Our entire family visits Smileworks, and we couldn't be happier with the care we receive. From the moment we walk in, the front desk crew greets us with warm smiles, and we are always taken care of promptly. The doctors and hygienists are fantastic—they make every cleaning a pleasant experience. We always leave feeling genuinely cared for and confident in our dental health. My husband and I have been patients at Smileworks General & Cosmetic Dentistry since 2009, not long after they opened in 2008, so I guess you could say we’re OG patients! From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, this office gives you such a warm, family feel. The front office staff are always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every single visit. Dr. Gibson has truly created a wonderful space that feels more like a spa than a dental office. During your appointment you’re offered a blanket, headphones, and a TV while getting your teeth cleaned or any work done. Honestly, sometimes I just take a little nap! And that’s coming from someone who had severe dental anxiety when I first started coming here. The doctors, dental hygienists, and staff are some of the most caring and gentle people in the business. At the end of your visit, you’re even treated to a warm lavender washcloth and a bottled water. It’s absolutely spa-tacular! I’d also love to give a special shout-out to our longtime favorite hygienist, Kara. She truly gets to know you, cares about you as a person, and is incredibly sensitive to your needs. She is amazing! If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and even a little pampered, Smileworks is the place to go.

I’ve been going to Smileworks for more than 5 years. It’s been a great experience- their staff and providers are so friendly and have great attention to detail. Earlier this year, I brought my son in for his first ever dental appointment and was so impressed by how the team interacted with him, making sure he develops a positive association with these kinds of appointments. I highly recommend Smileworks for your dental needs!

Dr. Dana Durlach and Greis make a wonderful team, the perfect combination of patience, kindness, and warmth. Despite all of my fears and anxiety about dental visits, Dr. Dana Durlach has always been incredibly gentle and patient. She has explained everything to me clearly and simply, even when I needed to hear it multiple times. Whenever I started feeling anxious, she always treated me with kindness and checked in often to make sure I was okay. After so many bad experiences in the past, I can finally say that I’ve found my dentist. Thank you both for everything.

From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about my dental hygienist Kara, she is exceptional. She has been my same hygienist since I started going to Smileworks which has now been 10 plus years. If you are on the fence about choosing a dentist, I would highly recommend Smileworks- the whole office is top notch!
