Very disappointing and honestly frustrating experience. My husband went in for a root canal after dealing with pain for months, and we were only told the day before treatment that this office no longer accepts our insurance—even though they previously did and had already seen him earlier this year. That lack of transparency feels extremely misleading, especially when it changes the cost from around $300 to $1500. During the visit, things became even more concerning. The endodontist did not seem confident about which tooth was actually causing the issue and even attempted to test a tooth that had already been numbed—something that made the entire diagnosis feel unreliable. He also discussed possibly still doing a root canal without clear confirmation. We left without treatment and will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere. Between poor communication about insurance and lack of diagnostic confidence, we did not feel comfortable trusting this office with his care. I would strongly recommend others double-check insurance status and make sure you feel confident in the diagnosis before proceeding here.

The doctor provided an honest evaluation of my condition. He did not recommend treatments I didn’t need at this moment. He walked me through the 3D scans and showed areas of concern. I would trust him to provide high quality, honest care.

They were efficient and professional. I recommend them. So you might wonder why I only gave them 3 stars. It is because they incessantly spam you with requests for a google review. Multiple emails and texts. It is enough already. Give it a rest.

I highly recommend this Dr. -Him and his staff, are so very friendly. Always smiling. Knowledge of service provided. It is more costly, but I personally feel that it is worth it. He did 2 root canals procedures in one day and two the next day. Each double procedure took less than an hour total. That's two root canals in less than an hour. He is thorough and professional. Excellent bedside manner. Assistants are Fantastic. Very smooth process. I am one who had one horrific root canals done when I was 15 yrs old that has prevented me from getting any further dental work done for 20 years. Bringing me to need 4 more n partial dentures. Dr. Smith made me very comfortable n I felt NOTHING. Dr. Jason Smith is the endodontist to go to. "Highly recommended!"👍💯 -Samantha L. Jenkins

I cannot recommend Dr. Smith and his lovely office staff enough! Dr. Smith and his sweet dental assistant's bedside manner put me at such ease when I was in severe pain. He did an excellent job on my root canal, walking me through the procedure and constantly monitoring my pain level. With the sort of pain I was in, he had to move swiftly through the procedure since my dental nerves (?) could only tolerate so much. As he was working, anytime I flinched, he would add more anesthetic. This was the most comfortable root canal I've ever had plus he finished the procedure in under an hour! I am so incredibly grateful to him, his assistant, and his staff. I was finally able to sleep through the night and get through my day without pain. Thank you Dr. Smith and Friends!
