They are not helpful when it comes to customers service. I asked for rough estimates for specific codes I had, but there is no transparency with this office, so they said they can't help me with giving me an estimate. The said legally they could not provide estimates over the phone, which is the first I'm hearing about that. There were other offices that were helpful that grabbed my information and reached out to my insurance just to be able to provide me with rough estimates.

As someone who gets major anxiety about the dentist, Dr. Nelson has been such a game changer. He and his team are extremely gentle and walk you through each step and explain what they're doing. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I had the best dental experience seeing Devin Nelson at Snow Canyon Dental this week. I have a long history of terrible dental experiences and this experience was nothing like those! Devin, his dental assistants, and staff are so incredibly cheerful, positive, energetic, kind and professional. The office runs efficiently and the teamwork appears to have years of contribution for as smoothly as it all comes together. I left my appointment feeling no anxiety and actually looking forward to my next appointment with Snow Canyon Dental and Devin Nelson.

I was from out of town and I had an emergency extraction I needed done. I was in so much pain, the Staff and Dr were truly a blessing and took care of me very well. They took the time to care and take care of me and I truly appreciated that. So, from my experience I had they truly were an amazing Dentist Office, friendly, caring and had so much empathy and made my office visit amazing and most of all took away the pain and got back to my Daughters Softball Tournament.
