Great people here that want to help. I had an excellent experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The whole surgery was quick and painless. Dr. Soderholm and his staff are wonderful to work with.

Had wisdom teeth done here, was treated very well. All of the staff here were very respectful to me. They all seemed well informed, even down to the exact medications used in the sedative cocktail. Everything was explained to me in terms anyone could understand. The doctor was great to me. Only thing I’d recommend is to add some sort of comfort step, or maybe ask patients music taste, while they wait to go under. Was very anxious and the music I could hear was very bad. Although when I told Dr I was anxious about the procedure he decided proper route was to tell me I can leave any time I want and to try to get me to leave while hooked to oxygen and an IV?

I had an apt made for Sept but sadly my two extractions couldn't wait that long so I went on a cancellation list. I was very blessed that they called me within 48 hours and were able to squeeze me in. I was in the absolute worst pain ever and Dr. Soderholm and his entire staff was absolutely AMAZING to say the least. I am beyond impressed with the compassion, kindness and care that I got today from everyone there. Everything went so smooth. I was in and out within about 40min and Dr. Soderholm made me the most comfortable I have ever been with any dentist in my entire life. Him and his staff were very informative, explained everything before, during and after. I had my two extractions today at 11:20am. It is now 5:30pm and the numbness finally wore off about 3pm. I have absolutely ZERO pain and have not taken one thing for pain since leaving their office. I am already eating, drinking and feeling on top of the world. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful experience with their dental care. I can not wait to go back and get the rest of my dental work done. Thank you X1000000 to Dr. Soderholm and his entire staff.

Skilled Oral Surgeon that is willing to go the extra mile for his patients. I went in with a slight emergency and with them not knowing a ton of detail due to being shuffled from doctor to doctor at the clinic. Soderholm immediately knew what was going on and tried to get me into hospital for surgery which hospital couldn't do. Entire staff stayed longer than normal to get my oral surgery done that day in his office instead of bumping it off till tomorrow. Him and his staff were completely professional and caring throughout the entire procedure. Would definitely recommend to others.

They might be good at what they do but sadly I never made it that far. The receptionist accused me of blowing up on her behind my back. All that really happened was me asking questions about prices and the the procedure. I feel she got frustrated because she didn't know all the answers yet was unable to admit it. She later told the surgeon and almost certainly everyone she works with that I blew up on her. When I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early I waited for a total of 50 minutes(10+40). I could feel a tension in the air but figured it was just my imagination. When the surgeon finally entered the room I said to him, "it's disrespectful to make people wait that long." He then raised his voice towards me accusing me of blowing up on his receptionist. At this point I lost all confidence that I would be receive professional treatment. It was time to leave. I do NOT recommend Solderholm Oral Surgery & Implants. They might do good work but if you have questions or tell them how you feel you could run into conflicts. I would of given 1 star but part of the rating system is quality of work. I never made it that far so 2 stars. Hopefully this review will help them realize their mistake so future customers can receive courteous and professional treatment which they deserve.
