I have been with Dr. Joseph Disano for 25 years. Watching the practice continue to innovate and grow to the magnificent facility it is. All with the help of a phenomenal woman named Lauren (the business manager) They are a highly skilled and professional group that continues to stay state of the art due to Joe鈥檚 passion for dentistry and love of innovation. He attends many seminars all over the States and has a fantastic periodontist (Dr. Giuseppe Cicero) from Sicily. I have dental anxiety which they handle with care. I had been going to another dental office for the last 3 years or so. That had been a big deal for me, as I kept putting it off...the visits had been easy and quick, ( except for the really uncomfortable x-ray part, since I have a small high palate). My husband came home one day and explained how thorough his new dental office was, and how he had a 2 part cleaning, (not everyone, depends) and really raved about it. That's what got me thinking - because I didn't get that at my own dental office. So I decided to try it, since I developed a sensitive area on my teeth. I went to South County Smiles for the first time yesterday. They were so completely thorough and attentive- AND they even used smaller sensors for my xrays! I was kind of amazed. From Emily the receptionist, (her patience and helpfulness is endless) to Katie (who did my charting, & explained everything, smiled and was very thorough), to Doc CJ, ( who did my exam, gave me options, was very friendly and informative, has a great personality) - he even discussed possible help/ appliances for my sleep apnea, if I want to pursue it. I was kind of amazed at all this, and never had such a thorough dental appointment. I'm still scared of dental work, of course, but I felt safe there and know I'm getting excellent care. I feel good about my treatment plan. I'm so glad I made the switch- it will be a much healthier improvement in my life.

We had a really great experience at South County Smiles dental office. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The office itself is very clean, modern, and has a calm, comfortable environment that makes visits much less stressful.
A special shoutout to the hygienist, who was absolutely wonderful with kids. She was patient, gentle, and made my child feel comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell the team truly cares about their patients and works hard to create a positive experience for families. Highly recommend!

The team is great here at Smiles! The office is so helpful and friendly. All the hygienists are so nice, and do a great job. Just met the new doctor at my appointment who was thorough with my exam, and very personable! I started coming here last year when I moved to the area. Dr. DiSano corrected a crown and eliminated severe teeth pain I was having on one side! I鈥檓 a lifer here at Smiles!

I鈥檓 not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, and I can be a difficult patient because of that. However, my first experience here was nothing but positive.
The overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, without the sterile feeling that many dental offices have. I was especially impressed by the staff, who created a positive and comfortable environment from start to finish.
I worked with Kailey and can鈥檛 say enough good things about her. She made me feel completely at ease, and I don鈥檛 think I鈥檝e ever been more comfortable during a dental appointment. Dr. CJ was also great-friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions.
I highly recommend this office, especially for anyone who gets anxious about going to the dentist.
