After losing sleep due to a growing toothache, I called Southport Dentistry and they saw me same day, identified the fractured molar causing the pain and extracted it cleanly. Dr. Frazier explained my options and pricing up front, then she performed the difficult procedure with skill and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience at South Port Dentistry
I had an appointment at South Port Dentistry today, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I first walked in a few days ago just to see if they were open, and they were able to get me scheduled as a new patient almost immediately. The online paperwork process was smooth and easy, and everything about the visit felt organized and efficient.
I came in today for a couple of fillings, and the entire experience was excellent. The dentist explained everything she was going to do, made sure I was fully numb and comfortable, and kept the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. The procedure was completely pain-free, quick, and surprisingly affordable.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be bringing the rest of my family as well!

South Port Dentistry is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease in their beautiful office with a warm and caring staff. The hygienists and Dr. Fraser truly listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My cleaning and X-rays were thorough, and when I needed a filling, the process was painless. It’s such a relief to have a dentist I can trust. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been a fan of teeth cleanings, but this completely changed my mind. Ellie was so gentle and made it one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Extremely impressed. And Dr. Fraser continues to do top-tier work every time. Couldn’t recommend them more!

South Port Dentistry is a family-owned, non-corporate dental practice at 200 Hyde Park Commons in Brunswick, Georgia, a few minutes from the F.J. Torras Causeway that connects mainland Brunswick to St. Simons Island. Meet the Doctors

Dr. Donna Fraser, DDS, a family, cosmetic, and implant dentist, graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1988, completed a general practice residency at Buffalo General Hospital, and owned a dental practice in western New York for nearly three decades before relocating to Brunswick. Dr. Taylor Barnett, DMD, also a family, cosmetic, and implant dentist, earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and has experience in restorative dentistry, surgical procedures, implant preparation, and IV sedation support.
