My experience with Dr.
McMurray's office was unprofessional due to poor communication and zero accountability.
Stephanie at the front desk misquoted our total at the consultation and for a person without insurance the amount has to be clear. We came in for wisdom teeth removal and was quoted an amount totaling the services by Stephanie. She provide a discount for not having insurance and made us pay 50% of the whole balance at the time of consultation. During treatment she asked me for the final payment and was done, at that time I was only thinking of my daughter's surgery l'm not thinking finances. After surgery I gather my receipts and notice an over charge from Stephanie at the front office and I tried reaching out-multiple calls with no callbacks. So I reached out to Dr. McMurray so he can get involved. His response was straightforward call the office tomorrow. I called multiple times no answer only left a vm after a few attempts. No call back, called again some nice lady in Los Baños office answered but said I had to call Gilroy office. I said this is were I'm calling she said yes but the calls get routed there if the Gilroy location is not available. So I felt stuck in a look without being responded. So finally yesterday after a few attempts and they don't answer their phones I finally speak to Stephanie and she responds with oh yes there was is over charge by our end. And we will return it back. She gives me the amount of $155. I was in complete shock my over was close to 700.00 and only receiving back $155.00charge according to Stephanie. During the
consultation I was told a different amount. So they charge over what I was told after they rendered the service.
Dr.McMurray did not got involved nor try take accountability for his I email him with my situation so he can resolve the over charged but front office Stephanie has no customer service, no
accountability, nor I'm sorry I made a mistake.
Dr. McMurray and his staff showed a complete lack of accountability and customer carvira Ma had a great service. We had a great experience at his San Jose location before, but this office was disappointing. I will not be returning. I would not recommend this place. Nor come back for taking advantage of this situation. My over payment was close to $700.00 dollars. That is unacceptabble.

Thank you Dr. Arian. Just hours after my implant procedure I was well enough to attend a winery concert. There was no bleeding after the first hour of the surgery , no swelling or bruising and no pain to speak of. It’s day 2 now and I don’t require pain meds anymore. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me again.

The staff was super incredible during my whole procedure. I was in such a safe and comfortable enviournment, they gave me blankets and even numbing spray when it came down to my fear of needles. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through my fear of going under for the first time and had no surprises. I was informed of everything the very kind and supportive Doctor was doing and he answered all of my questions. It was in a blink of an eye I felt no pain and they even took care of me afterwards too and I received a nice little goodie bag with everything to use for after my surgery. If I would recommend anyone it would be you guys thank you so very much for the amazing experience and a better future for my teeth’s health!!!

My son had a lip tie procedure done with Dr.McMurray. The doctor has the best bedside manner. My son went in scared and came out happy and confident after speaking with the doctor. The procedure went well with very little pain and swelling the following day.

If you have to have dental extractions this is the place to go. Everyone is very helpful and professional. Your questions and concerns are answered to the fullest. My whole family goes here for care. Dr. McMurray is the best and so are his staff.
