Dr Swann and Tallent are amazing surgeons! My son has seen both for 2 different procedures and his latest wisdom tooth removal was a breeze! He has no swelling or pain and this is day after procedure. I would 100% recommend this practice! ❤️

I was referred to here by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed, and upon checking out their reviews, I scheduled an appointment. My initial appointment was good, and Dr. Tallent was nice. He gave me options for full anestesia or sending me in something to take orally that would kind of knock me out instead. I opted for that. He also said that I would be given something to help with the pain after the surgery of removing my wisdom teeth. On the day before my surgery, I had not received any call from my pharmacy, so I called them and spoke with Trish. That is where my bad experience started. She started arguing with me saying that I was just getting local numbing and didn't need anything else, and that I could just take Tylenol. I told her that is not what was discussed with the actual doctor. I saw this as a red flag, and started calling around to different surgeons, who all said it was normal practice to give something before surgery to help, and also to give some pain medicine for after the surgery. Before I had a chance to cancel my surgery, I received a call from my pharmacy saying that they did send in the medicine, so I proceeded with my surgery. Everything went ok with the doctor, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. After the surgery, I had some complications, and when I would call, Trish would just argue and fight with me. Horrible experience. I ended up just going to my dentist for a follow up and my doctor sent me in some more pain medicine. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless you want to be fighting with the nurse and have a bad experience. I even called and left a message for the office manager to let her know about my experience, and she never even called me back. They could care less about the experience of their patients. Charlotte is a huge city with tons of options, so I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Oral surgery was excellent. Recovery was quick. However, the most outstanding thing is that 2 days out of surgery and there has been virtually no pain at all. Another sign of the excellent healthcare that is available in the Charlotte area.

They were so kind and calming and helped me get through my fears of needles and my nervousness. They were talking to me to calm me down and one lady heals my hand as the needle went in and they were so positive and reassuring! 100% recommend!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted after putting it off for years due to nerves. Dr Tallent and his team made it very easy; they brought me back quickly and put me under so I didn’t even really have time to be anxious. Had no complications.
