My Fiancé had surgery on Friday with Dr. Pesto. All the ladies in the office (Jamie, Crystal, Macey, April, Saniyah, Sherric, Pattie, and Rylee) were wonderful. They all answered my post op questions thoroughly and were very helpful with the surgery. We would recommend to anyone.

They literally saved my life! Dr. Damron and his lovely staff was so kind and helpful to me and my family. I had a terrible tooth infection that affected my daily living and they were able to extract it that week. Come here to get great professional results. ❤️

About Southeastern Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates
Southeastern Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (SOMSA) is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with three offices in coastal Georgia, including this location at 9390 Ford Avenue, Suite 1 in Richmond Hill. The practice's stated mission is to improve the oral health, well-being and comfort of its patients. Its board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons practice a full scope of oral surgery, from wisdom tooth removal and dental implant procedures to bone grafting and corrective surgery for the jaw and mouth, as well as diagnosing and treating facial trauma. The practice also offers a variety of intravenous anesthesia and sedation options to help patients stay comfortable during treatment.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice places single and multiple implants to replace lost teeth so they look, feel and function like natural teeth, and it offers treatment options for people who are missing all of their upper or lower teeth, including implant supported overdentures. Related services include bone grafting for implants, ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, socket preservation and 3D imaging. Implant treatment is handled as a team effort in which the oral surgeon performs the extractions, bone grafting and implant surgery while the patient's own dentist makes the final replacement teeth. The Richmond Hill office is open Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, and the practice serves patients from Richmond Hill, Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, Statesboro and surrounding communities in Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry.
