Insurance staff very helpful in making sure insurance was filed for maximum benefits. Very good experience with surgical procedure/ recovery. Dr. Falconer and his assistants were professional, patient and kind. The anesthesiologist was excellent, listened to my concerns, and very understanding. She explained the iv sedation used which was reassuring.Received a call from dr. Falconers office the day after procedure to check on my progress. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Falconer and his team.

Everything was great! Reception was OK. The nurse that took me back and took xrays was so sweet and informative. Dr. Falconer was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Can't say I'm looking forward to the extractions, but I have every confidence in Dr. Falconer and believe it will go just fine. If you have to have these things done, it's best to go somewhere you feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. I would highly recommend Dr Falconer and his team.

Dr. Falconer and his team are so knowledge and kind. I get skiddish and weird about dental work, procedures, etc. and he was able to completely ease my mind. I am recovering great from my wisdom teeth surgery. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very polite, reassuring, and helpful. I first met with Dr. Bess two years ago and he was wonderful. He has since retired and this visit I met with Dr. Evans and his assistant. The service and professionalism was and is outstanding. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly, and there are plenty of seats available. I would recommend that after someone signs in, that the front desk person let patients know if they have them checked in or not. I also was not a fan of being there for over an hour, waiting for a 5 minute consult.
