Yesterday, I had two back molars extracted by Dr. Elizabeth Floodeen. I was under anesthesia, so when I woke up, the procedure was already finished. Before leaving, I was given a pain medication prescription, and when I got home, I took one pill just in case. To my surprise, I haven’t experienced any pain at all. I slept well through the night, and this morning I woke up with only a tiny bit of swelling—so little that it’s hardly noticeable. Now I can truly appreciate how gentle and skilled Dr. Floodeen is. I’ve had teeth extracted at other offices before, and I can honestly say this experience was completely different. The procedure and recovery have been far easier than I expected. Thank you so much, Dr. Floodeen, for the outstanding care. You did an amazing job! I also want to recognize the wonderful team at the front desk. Before my surgery, I called several times with insurance questions, and they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to contact my insurance company and return my calls with answers. I hope no one ever needs an oral surgeon, but if you do, I highly recommend Southern Oral Surgery and Dr. Elizabeth Floodeen. You will be in excellent hands.

From my initial phone conversation with the staff, I experienced nothing but professionalism and genuine care. They were even able to move my appointment up sooner because I am pregnant and dealing with an infected tooth, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. Everyone was efficient, welcoming, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout my visit. The providers explained every step of the process in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I highly recommend this office—10/10! The exceptional customer service and compassionate care exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Pratik Patel is an amazing surgeon!!! I had 5 wisdom Teeth! thats right 5!. Not only did Dr.Patel remove my wisdom teeth for me but he and his staff guided me through the whole process! This team did not leave me to feel alone. Just a day after surgery Dr.Patel called me him self and checked on me and answered all of my questions. Dr. Patel was even willing to conduct follow up in person as needed. He didnt have to in my case because he did such a great job to begin with but MAN oh man am I Happy! Thank you Southern Oral Surgery Augusta🔥🕺🏾💪🏾❤️😃😄🙂😁 These pictures are embarrassing but I am so happy with my care I want others to see the raw unfiltered joy and satisfaction I got after surgery❤️😂

Awesome Dr and staff. Dr Patel also did oral surgery on my 82 year old Mother. She is still raving about his kindness & patience & skill a year and a half later. So I wanted to put myself into his ver capable hands to remove my broken tooth.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done under anesthesia with Dr. Pratik Patel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Patel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire procedure, making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The staff was friendly, caring, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The anesthesia worked perfectly, and I experienced no discomfort during the procedure. The post-operative instructions were clear and easy to follow, and my recovery has been going very well. I highly recommend Dr. Pratik Patel and his team to anyone needing wisdom tooth extraction or oral surgery.
