I am very happy with my experience. From beginning to end I was taken care of with professionalism and concern. Dr. Charles was very good, quick and respectful. He addressed my concerns clearly, and at no point did I feel condescension like I have with some other doctors. The procedure was well planned, and I spent very little time in the chair. Between all the people I worked with and the videos, I felt well-informed as to what to expect, and what was expected of me. I followed the clear instructions for both prep and after-care, and had no complications. If you’re in the position to need his care, I highly recommend Dr. Charles, and Southern Surgical Arts.

I received excellent care from the entire staff at Southern Surgical Arts in Tyler, Texas. Everyone there was knowledgeable and showed genuine care and concern for me. Dr. Brian explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions, making sure I understood everything . The most important thing to me was, Dr. Brian listened to me! At no time did he seem in a hurry to finish with me and rush off to his next patient.
I am extremely pleased with my visit to Southern Surgical Arts, Dr. Brian Stone and the staff there. I will gladly return should I need future dental treatment. I highly recommend them to others.

How great experience. The whole process from first consultation all the way to the oral surgery of my daughter was so professional. Dr Brian Stone and his team welcomed us so kindly, they treated my daughter who was very nervous with compassion and kindness in a way that she ended up feeling calmed. Their communication was excellent.

My entire experience at southern surgical arts was great, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no insurance and they all still treated me kindness and respect. Dr Brian Stone was amazing and did a great job on my Wisdom tooth removal, I will definitely be coming back when I get my other wisdom teeth removed. Thank you very much to all staff

This is the best experience I've ever had at a Dental Office. I ALMOST CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT THAT DAY. I have always fierce the idea of having to visit a Dentist. Dr. CHARLES was done with my procedure before I knew it. It was absolutely PAINLESS. HE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU DR.
