I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Brian Stone and his team. He took the time to educate me on my options and the outcome of each one. He patiently answered my questions, even the last minute ones on the day of surgery. The surgery was such a great success! He warned me of a potential painful recovery, but it was all resolved with a little Advil. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have given SSA a two star rating very carefully and after a lot of thought. I have no comment regarding their talent and ability as medical providers, however, I am disappointed by their business model and customer relations philosophy. I have had three encounters with them including oral surgery and wisdom tooth extraction for my children and after experiencing the way they interact with their clientele at almost every step, from first call to consultation to procedure to post procedure and billing, I can, with the confidence of experience, recommend that at a minimum you get a second opinion. Manipulative and sophisticated high pressure sales of premium services is the primary tone. Condescending customer service is the undertone. Your health seems secondary in importance to your checkbook. They will make you feel guilty for having to consider your financial options. They follow carefully crafted sales scripts. They use your parental instincts as leverage to sell you. They consistently employ an unsavory assumptive sales technique. You will interact with a "closer" just like you would at a used car lot. I imagine that the morning meetings look similar to pre- presentation meetings at time-share sales floors. They need more competition, because they treat you like they have a monopoly. They have left a bitter taste in this customer's mouth.

Dr.Charles handled the appointment with fast and great precision. As soon as I sat in the chair to get my teeth extracted (one being an impacted wisdom) I was out the door with minimal discomfort and healing great. He is your go to guy and he gets to the point.
