⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review — Honesty From a Denture Patient I want to share my experience to help others who may be going through a similar situation. I will never forget how kindly Nora treated me. She is truly a blessing. I wish she were the one making dentures, because her compassion, patience, and understanding of severe anxiety is something rare. Nora deserves an award for the way she cares for people. Before coming to Southland Dental, I had a horrible experience at another dentist who extracted all my teeth, gave me a non-functional immediate denture, and then abandoned me as a patient. I was left toothless, scared, and devastated. When I came to Southland Dental, the best thing that happened to me was Nora. She made me feel safe again. Unfortunately, the dentist and the lab tech here were not able to make a proper denture for me. I had four different try-ins, each one coming back with incorrect bite, misaligned teeth, and a shifted midline. It was extremely stressful, and I went through a lot of disappointment. But even though the dentures didn’t work out, I am grateful because Southland Dental did the right thing. They were kind enough to stop the try-ins, acknowledge the difficulty, and allow me to go to a specialist with more experience. In the end, it worked out in my favor, and I appreciate that they handled it professionally. This place is very clean, the staff is nice, and Nora is truly a beautiful soul. My honest advice is: if you need regular dental care, this office is great. But if you need dentures, you may want to see a specialist. Thank you, Southland Dental, for making it right in the end.
