Dr. Finley and his practice were well spoken of, and as soon as I stepped through the doors I could see why. Everyone was incredibly friendly and diligent. From the original booker to the receptionist to the check out administrator to the hygienist, and Stacey who helped me with insurance. The waiting space felt comfortable instead of imposing or overtly sterile, and it was mirrored by how warm everyone was. This significantly helped considering how nervous I was to return to the dentist, nevermind a brand new one. Tracy was a standout! Her kindness, clarity, and consideration for me was seen throughout every xray, and even through the uncomfortable parts during my first examine. She immediately and consistently set me at ease and ensured I had an incredible patient experience. Then there was Dr. Finley. After having been his patient I see why all the women who recommended, referred, and knew I had my appointment coming up have gushed about him. He is a gentleman who makes oral health easy to understand, and has a lovely presence that's enjoyable to be around. You never get the sense that he's judging you. He has a wonderful bedside manner where he breaks things down clearly and answers questions in an engaging way so you truly understand. From start to finish I felt taken care of. The only hesitancy I have in writing this review is that if everyone reading goes there, the availability will lessen significantly. 😅

Awesome Sauce! Extremely pleased with the staff @ Southwest Dental!! T Jones was treated kindly and very much like family, ladies were nice and patient. We appreciate your services and friendliness. It was a pleasurably visit, every one was so friendly and took time to acknowledge you as a person. Was a very relaxed appointment, very informative. They took the time to explain everything and go over the options and broke each procedure down with all the steps and what all was involved. Tracy was very nice and enjoyed Dr. Clayton was really cool. Definitely glad I choose them and went thier. Thank you for the establishment you run and God bless

I took a bad fall over the weekend and injured 2 teeth. Southwest Dental got me into see Dr Proctor jiffy quick on Monday. Great communication, friendly and empathetic staff made me very confident that would I would be cared for. Dr Proctor was great and was able to work on my front teeth with great professionalism and skill. I was concerned that I might lose a tooth. Between the person answering the phone, the lovely young woman that did my X-rays and Dr Proctor, I came out with my smile intact. Thanks so much to Southwest Dental!

It had been awhile since my last cleaning, and I was able to get in with Dr. Proctor at Southwest Dental Group. The office staff was kind and helpful and even called to get me in sooner when someone else canceled. The hygienist and dental assistants were wonderful. The office was very clean and well-equipped. Overall, five stars for Southwest Dental Group!
