I had a very welcoming experience with this dentist office. The atmosphere is bright and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Brenda, who was very engaging, warm and friendly! Dr. Gordon took his time to explain everything, very professional, top-notch. The entire staff makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend!

Dr Gordon and his staff are amazing! The girls are so sweet and welcoming. My surgery was nothing but perfect. Even the price as well. Dr Gordon treated me as family. He didn鈥檛 talk or treat me any different than his own to make sure I was okay and out of harms way after my procedure. I knew I was in good hands. I can鈥檛 thank him or his staff enough for the love and professionalism they give in that building. Thank y鈥檃ll so much馃馃徏

Wow, I thank God that I found this office. Dr. Gordon and his staff were simply amazing. I was informed when I first contacted them that they were going to take good care of me and they did. Thank you Dr. Gordon for being professional and caring and explaining my procedure so well. To the staff members that I interacted with from the front office to the back, thank you for being warm, kind and professional. You provided just what I needed.

Professionalism at its best! Dr. Gordon and his staff-Amura, August and Erica were incredible. When I arrived I was in severe pain. The doctor immediately gave me an injection to get the pain under control. The tooth was abscessed so, he extracted it. They made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was fast and painless. They were all so personable and kind. The office was neat and clean and the wait time was minimal. We highly recommend Dr. Jacques Gordon and his staff at Southwest Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant Center in Villa Rica, GA.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. I went in for a routine tooth extraction, but during the procedure, a tooth on the opposite side of my mouth was broken. As a result, I had to undergo additional treatment and get a crown placed on a tooth that was healthy before my appointment. This has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, additional appointments, and expense. I'm now living with a permanent crown because of damage that occurred during a procedure that was supposed to address a completely different tooth. I understand that complications can happen, but I expected the office to take responsibility and properly address the situation. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were not handled appropriately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I hope my review encourages the office to improve its patient care, communication, and accountability so others do not have a similar experience.
