I had such an incredible experience at my recent visit for wisdom teeth removal. First off I was greeted by two pleasant ladies in the front who took the time to welcome me and chat with me to calm my nerves.They explained my insurance in detail so I had an understanding on how my plan was written. Once in the back the clinical team made sure I fully understood everything that was going to happen. I followed the after care instructions and was feeling normal within a few days. I’m so pleased with my visit and would recommend SWOI to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I had a good experiences with Dr. Hullett and team. My wisdom teeth extraction was not painless but the experience of working with SW Oral & Implant Surgery was. All my questions were answered clearly and getting set up for the process was straightforward.

If I ever have to get oral surgery again, this is the place I’d go. The staff is so friendly and nice. The doctors are very good about making sure you’re comfortable.

Southwest Oral & Implant Surgery is a family-owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with offices in Sugar Land and Fulshear, Texas. The Sugar Land office is located at 1111 Highway 6 South, Suite 175, on the first floor of the Imperial Medical Center at the corner of Brooks Street and Highway 6, between Highway 59 and 90A. The practice describes its mission as offering surgical excellence with a focus on simplicity, education and affordability, and it serves patients from Sugar Land, Fulshear and surrounding communities including Richmond, Rosenberg, Missouri City, Katy, Stafford, Pecan Grove and Mission Bend.
The practice is dedicated to placing dental implants for aesthetic and functional restoration, along with bone grafting (including ridge augmentation, sinus lift and socket preservation), wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, oral pathology, pre-prosthetic surgery, platelet rich fibrin, 3D cone beam computed tomography imaging, and intravenous sedation. Its Full Arch Reconstruction program, which can include All-on-4, All-on-6 or other All on X configurations, is offered at a flat, all-inclusive fee covering implants, bone grafting, surgical guides, temporary and final restorations, and ongoing support under what the practice calls its Forever Guarantee, with restorative care coordinated in the same location. The surgeons work closely with each patient's referring dentist, and every treatment begins with an in-person surgical consultation to review options, risks and estimated costs. The office accepts most major dental PPO plans, Medicare Advantage and discount plans, and can help patients apply for CareCredit or Cherry financing.
Meet the Doctors
The practice is owned and operated by two board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Jason S. Hullett, DMD, and Dr. Anu Hullett, DMD, MBA, who practice at both the Sugar Land and Fulshear offices. Dr. Jason Hullett earned his dental degree with honors from Temple University and completed a full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Rutgers Medical Center (UMDNJ). He is board-certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery, a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and has more than 20 years of experience in dental implants, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery and office-based anesthesia. Dr. Anu Hullett is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, completed her dental studies at Rutgers (UMDNJ) and her full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, and has practiced since 2006 with experience in bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, pathology removal, surgical orthodontics and treating medically complex patients.
