had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Choi and had a great experience. Dr. Choi and his dental assistant, Matilde, were extremely professional, patient, supportive, and kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I truly appreciated the care from the entire team and highly recommend them!

The dentist is quite nice and competent but the billing department of this office is a mess. I received a surprise bill for $250 dollars 11 months after my procedure (for which I had already paid >$500 dollars day of). The invoice did not make sense with numbers that were not adding up. I had to speak with the office multiple times on this bill because the invoice was written in a way that was so disorganized the woman answering the phone needed to clarify with the billing department several times to try to provide an answer. In this explanation, I was told they initially had billed the wrong side of the mouth and that they realized they had made me pay another small balance several times which is why I had a small credit on my much larger surprise bill. The office overall was respectful in the way they spoke to me about this which I appreciate but organizationally I cannot recommend.

The lady at the lobby was so very helpful and efficient. The 2 ladies at the front desk were all smiles and very kind. Even the young lady at the computer said hello and smiled. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions. I really appreciated how kind everyone 馃槍 was. Iwas truly impressed. Keep up the good service.

Dr Jean Li is one of the best out there. I鈥檝e had two great implants done and they鈥檝e never given me any issues. The follow up and after surgery care is great as well. The staff was helpful in getting itemized receipts for FSA reimbursement

I received a crown lengthening procedure by Dr. Li and was very happy with the outcome. I appreciated her thoroughness and expertise. I would return for any periodontal procedures.
