This was the best experience I have had. I have huge anxiety with the dentist, and even though I did not see anything about the staff practicing trauma informed care, they all did.
All of the staff is very kind, I worked mainly with Jason who was genuine, kind, supportive, helping me understand the process and offered different suggestions with payment options
.
Dr Chad is very genuine, kind, and introduced himself by his first name. All the staff were very professional, and laid back. There were no judgments. I heard twice in there we cannot change the past, it's where do we go from here.

I was extremely nervous when I first arrived. Sarah and Dr. Bradle were great to work with through my surgery. Dr. Bradle retired, and I was extremely blessed to get Dr. Abrams for the remainder of the treatment. I am not quite done, but they have been tremendous to work with. A special thank you to Sarah, who has been there since the beginning. Dr Abrams, Crystal, and Connie, you are all awesome and I appreciate you. Thank you for your kindness and excitement with Cheryl and I. Thanks to all of the behind the scenes people also.

I’ve had 6 consultations for All-on4 and Snap-In dentures. All the places you’ve heard of in Spokane and 1 in Post Falls. It was arm wrenching to get prices out of some places. A few places piece meal it out and better places give an all inclusive price Including IV sedation (not pills but out of it completely). Spokane dentures and implants gave several different all inclusive options with IV sedation. The Doctor spent over an hour with me for the consultation, I must have asked him 30 questions and none of the answers he gave were red flags. If you’re just a price shopper look no further they had the lowest price Period. They only use the Best hardware and materials. I felt comfortable going forward. I’ll update after I get the All on 4 upper and lower done in January.

Amazing care. Jason and Dr.Abrams were extremely knowledgeable. My wife felt comfortable from when she first walked in until the procedure was finished.
We would recommend to any of our family to see them. The prices were competitive.
