I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional dental work done by Dr. Thompson. From the very beginning, Dr. Thompson was professional, caring, patient, and truly dedicated to providing the best possible care. The attention to detail and quality of the dental work were outstanding, and I am extremely happy with the results. To the staff and my daughter Thank u for making me feel so special and cared for. Everyone was so kind, friendly, compassionate, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate how wonderfully I was treated. Your kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to me and made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and loved. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! The entire team is amazing! They are very professional and friendly from start to finish. Almost my entire family has, at some point, been a patient here. Dr. Thompson listens for understanding and addresses my concerns while providing clear treatment explanations and expectations.
A few days ago, they completed wisdom teeth extractions for my adult special needs daughter; the team was so great with her. Everything went smoothly and she’s healing well. Huge thanks to Dr. Thompson, Dr. Wu, and the entire team for another great and stress free experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Michael Fuentes and the team at Spring Cypress Oral Surgery & Implant Center.
Dr. Fuentes recently performed a very difficult oral surgery procedure for me, and his skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. As someone with a complicated medical history, I was understandably nervous, but he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care.
What impressed me most was not only his surgical expertise but also his incredible bedside manner. Dr. Fuentes is kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. Those qualities are becoming increasingly rare and are greatly appreciated.
Our family has trusted him with more than one procedure—he also removed my son’s wisdom teeth, and that experience was equally outstanding. From the front office staff to the surgical team, everyone was friendly, professional, and caring.
If you are looking for an oral surgeon who combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Fuentes. He is an outstanding surgeon and an even better person. We are incredibly grateful for the care we received.

Dr. Fuentes is an incredible surgeon who has a wonderful staff. The new office is even more luxurious than the previous location. They always go above and beyond in providing the best treatment plan while always addressing the needs of patients with a light touch. As overwhelming as oral surgegy can be from the patient standpoint, they make it a prompt, pleasant experience with a gentle touch and a smile!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was searching for a great oral surgeon for a tricky oral surgery procedure. I am so blessed to have found Dr. Fuentes. Incredible bedside manner (warm and caring), great personality, and he made me feel completely comfortable. He made me feel like a long time friend. He took time to get to know me and explain everything in detail and help me decide on a treatment that was tailored to my needs. Scheduling was quick and easy and they accepted my insurance. Very affordable pricing compared to other offices. I had a complex oral surgery with zero pain afterward. He personally called to check in on me afterward and give me pointers on how to heal quickly. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I had any other questions.
The care I received from Dr. Fuentes is unmatched and he is truly passionate about helping people. I hope Dr. Fuentes and each and every one of the staff continues to be such a great example of truly great dental and medical care in our community.
