I was a first-time patient at Springfield Periodontics and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk gal was welcoming and efficient, making check-in easy and stress-free. The dental assistant was professional, kind, and took the time to keep me updated while waiting for the doc. Last but not least, Dr. Juluri was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He provided me with very much needed recommendations that will shape my future orthodontic journey. The whole team was professional, caring, and made me feel completely at ease! I left feeling confident about my care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great periodontal office!

The doctor pulled my tooth and repaired my gums without incident. Very satisfied. This whole procedure was explained to me beforehand by an employee who did a very good job explaining everything that was going to happen. Therefore I was not nervous about any of it. Her name is Dena and I credit her with my quick recovery just as much as the doctor who really knew what he was doing.

I am scheduled for a tooth extraction, so this was my first visit. I was impressed with how welcoming the staff was. The office was busy and so I did have periods of waiting. Even so, they kept me updated on what they were going to be doing and what each step involved. Was a calming environment.

Staff are very friendly - but was really impressed with Dr Juluri. He was very responsive when I contacted him with a concern and even offered to come in on his day off to look at my issue - genuinely appreciate that! Very happy with outcome of treatment.

The atmosphere and employees made me feel comfortable. They made a not so good reason for my visit feel not so bad. I had a lot of questions and all were answered. My first visit was not rushed. Everyone was patient when a asked multiple questions.
