The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Regular reminders of the appointment time and day. First time going here and everything I needed done was done same day.
Needed a tooth pulled. I figured they would get some scans and then tell me to schedule to get the tooth extracted…but nope they scanned and pulled the tooth same day. I’ll have my tooth implanted once I heal from this.
All staff that I spoke with were welcoming and helpful. They explained every step very well.

I was recommended St. John oral surgery by my dentist. Although I’ve gone elsewhere in my past. When my dentist said she sent her parents there made me feel better. Plus it’s nice it is close to my home. If I could give 10 stars I would. It’s not often you can say you liked 100% of an office. Front staff was very nice all smiles. The dental staff was knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Smythe was so nice and so comforting. Told me everything that was happening which helped a lot. Gives great shots. Fast and professional. I was checked on twice with phone calls once home. Having been in the medical field for over 25 yrs I can tell you this place is top notch. I will definitely be recommending them.

I'm from Kansas and was doing a project near by.I had two teeth that needed to be extracted and my mouth was was infected and their office got me in right away. Everyone there was so kind and caring. They even called me later that night to see how I was doing (that is above and beyond excellent service). I would recommend this place to anyone needing care. Thank you Dr Smythe and your caring team!

Now, five stars is for the service. I had two teeth removed with one being particularly stubborn. When I left I thought that it would be a rough night. I was wrong. I used gauze for a few hours. Followed the protocol for using ice and today (the day after) the area is healing and I am doing well. Dr. Smythe called to check in on me last night and I appreciated the contact. All in all, a positive experience….once those two teeth let go!

THANK YOU to all of the staff at St. John Oral Surgery. My son recently needed his wisdom teeth out and required sedation due to his disabilities. Everyone was extremely patient, kind, and sincere in helping make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. I would recommend them a 100 times over.

Meet the Doctors
